This blog is started to keep track of the sights and thoughts that colour my mind, when I am in Africa for the second half of 2009.
I will be in South Africa from July to August, doing an internship with a local NGO that conducts HIV awareness programs to high school students. Following that, I will be studying in Kenya for 15 weeks on an SIT program called "Development, Health and Society."
I have been interested in Development issues and these 6 months, I believe, would inspire me to strive harder for this cause. I also hope you find this blog enjoyable to read, be it for pleasure or knowledge.
I am not very expressive with words and so I am a little afraid of penning (or rather typing) my thoughts down.
Please feel free to post comments.
